More Stick Variants (MStV)

• 26.1:
  • Update to 26.1
  • Changes to Fletcher Villager's Stick variant trades:
    • Stick trades based on the Fletching Table variant now require only 16 Sticks instead of 24 per Emerald
    • Stick trades randomized from the pool of non-local Sticks stay at 24 Sticks per Emerald

    Note: Internally the other trades added in 1.4.14 will from 26.1 on mostly be handled by the individual MStV+ mods, but you shouldn't notice this too much as the trades will get added to the respective mods together with their updates to 26.1.

• 1.21.4+: Fix Pale Oak Stick recipe unlock by obtaining Pale Oak Planks (previously only by crafting the Stick itself)
