Blocks the block breaking event, requiring the player to use the tool recommended by the game.
Blocks that do not have a recommended tool can be broken with any tool.
The only blocks that can be broken with your hands are:
- Gravel
- Sand
- Red sand
- instanceOf(Leaves Block)
- instanceOf(Bush Block)
- This version has only been tested on 1.21.1
