[TACZ]LesRaisins Append Pack

New things:

• Three skin for pp19
  Tips: In between that just help tac dramatically modified the original attachment system part of the code, these three skins in the form of attachment item are temporarily unavailable.
  You can got them normally after the official tac release（3.10）
  You can get them by use follow commands now:

  • /give @s lesraisinsadd:pp19{Skin:"lesraisinsadd:cyrex"}
  • /give @s lesraisinsadd:pp19{Skin:"lesraisinsadd:osiris"}
  • /give @s lesraisinsadd:pp19{Skin:"lesraisinsadd:runic"}

• Recipes added for append pack items

Bugfix:

• Disabled some attachment slots that were incorrectly enabled in previous releases.
