Backported all the enhancements to v1 and v2 (if possible).
You may need to manually reapply the config, like for v3.
Also fixed v1 not being able to run on 1.21.3 NeoForge.
May be the last releaase of MC 1.21 lifecycle, if there's no major issue arisen.
