Major improvements.
Should be compatible with any mods now, no matter how they change the vanilla HUD layout.
Fixed Items and Debug Pie being brighter than other HUD elements when opacity is set at a low value.
Fixed Debug Pie not being repositioned with the other parts of Debug Screen.
Fixed Buttons not showing tooltips after they are clicked.
