• Update vehicle pass check, fixes boat issues
• Remove pt_br translation as the file using older format
• Separate projectile handling from current system
  • Add flan:projectile_block_interact and flan:projectile_entity_interact to interaction overrides
  • flan:projectile_entity_interact takes precedence and only if this is not defined it checks flan:projectile_block_interact
  • Add ignoredProjectileTypes to config
• Rename flan:mob_spawn permission to flan:disable_monster_spawn
• Rename flan:animal_spawn permission to flan:disable_mob_spawn
• Fix some permission flags not checked for globalDefaultPerms config within claims causing e.g. flight permission being ignored
