Flan 1.12.2

• Projectile now vanish with no permission hits instead of phasing through blocks
• Fix anvil text screen item not visible
• Add pt-br lang
• Add another check to determine fake player. Fixes universal shop not accessible
• Rewrite fabric drop handling to match neos event
• Fix give command giving twice the amount if drop is not allowed
