Fix Elegant Reaper Scythe not accepting hoe enchants in the anvil

• Elegant Reaper Scythe can now accept Hoe enchants in addition to sword enchants

• Fix some issues with the Ankh Shield, particularly a ConcurrentModificationException on servers
• Ankh Shield no longer extinguishes you
