Ender IO 9.0.2-alpha

This is a new release for Minecraft 26.1.2 which brings it back in line with 1.21.1 changes.

We'll continue to make porting changes, fix bugs and otherwise address both porting changes -and- design changes until we reach beta. Until we hit beta, expect stuff to explode at any time.

There are no 26.1-specific changes in this release.

This release is in line with 8.2.7-beta on Minecraft 1.21.1.

Features

Added XyCraft and Mekanism SAG Mill recipes
Added some particle and sound effects to machines
Some recipe changes
- Buffed some alloy recipes to return more metal depending on the number of input ingots
- Buffed photovoltaic recipe
Added powered spawner config for missing mobs
Added a texture for suspicious seeds (thanks Gigaherz)
Added a config flag to enable setting spawner mobs using a soul vial (disabled by default)
Added missing copper ingot -> powder recipe
Enable conduits to opt out of neighbor change events (technical feature, not player-facing)
- Backwards compatible API changes, will default to old behaviour if nothing is changed

Bug Fixes

Removed a compiler plugin occasionally causing 'called on server' errors
Energy conduits not respecting redstone signals
Solar panels with liquid sunshine/darkness not working when it isn't day/night
Capacitor data/energy bar not loading when a broken block is placed back down
Burn widget was misaligned in the stirling generator
Recipes not using the silicon tag properly
Capacitors not respecting registry nullability
Fixed totemic capacitor (and other custom-behaviour capacitors) not being insertable

Known Issues

Stirling generator now accepts bucketed fuel, but currently has the side-effect of fuel being extractable with conduits or by setting machine to push, we're working on this.
