Enchancement

Version 1.21.5-r5:

• fix enchanted chestplates not giving increased air mobility
• increased air mobility now resets when flying
• swords now innately have at least sweeping edge 1
• splash potions now set extended water time for less time
• slide water skipping now has momentum falloff
• buoy now gives less of a speed boost
• levitation can no longer be applied by chaos
• brimstone close range threshold has been increased
