New Effects:
- Burning entities now emit fire-like spark particles — just like from regular fire or campfires.
Other Changes:
- Effectual now depends on Cloth Config instead of owo-lib;
- Added full Belarusian language support;
- The mod description is now properly localized in ModMenu for all supported languages;
- Slight code cleanup and structural optimization.
