Hatchet Rebalance
- Rework Rejuvenate to only heal a percentage of the player's max health each hit. (10% of the player's max health, then multiplied by the level of the enchantment) e.g.=20 (default max health) * (0.10 (10%) * 1 (max level)) = 2, or 1 full heart. This enchantment will also consume additional durability, but won't if the player is at full health already.
- Rework Ravaging slightly.
- Increase per cent chance of triggering the Strength buff | 15% -> 35%
- Decrease overall duration | 10 seconds -> 3 seconds
- Decrease mininum amplifier | 1 -> 0 (or Strength 2 to Strength 1)
- Decrease maximum amplifier | 3 -> 1 (or Strength 4 to Strength 2
- Fix Striking having it's effects be multiplicative instead of additive
- Fix certain enchantments such as Sharpness or Smite having the ability to be applied to hatchets
- Add enchantment tag "garnished:not_applicable_to_hatchets" to strictly forbid certain enchantments from being applied, including:
- Sharpness
- Smite
- Bane of Arthropods
- Looting
- Backstabbing (Farmer's Delight)
