Create: CC Total Logistics 0.3.4

Added the ability to input an index field when requesting items for redstoneRequester.request() and redstoneRequester.requestCraft() (see known issues)
Re-added functions from 0.3.2
displayName (from stockTicker.itemDetails(), frogport.getPackageContentDetails(), material checklist icons, etc) should now consistently show up in the returned table when getting item details.
item (from stockTicker.itemDetails(), etc) is now in json format and can be parsed with e.g. textutils.unserialiseJSON().
