Fully tested and working on Cobblemon 1.7

Regidrago structure has been completely changed -Now spawns in jungles and more closely resembles the other regi structures

All Regis now spawn with no ai to mimic their in game encounters

All Pokémon spawned by these structures now have a chance of being shiny

Compat for World Preview mod, only adds a generic icon for all structures for testing purposes
