Re-add view mode, and add config options to toggle both view and search, off by default.

Add config option to stop the rebound back button from going back to home page.

Add tooltips to questline title and descriptions.

Add scrolling and scrollbar to questline title and descriptions to make it more apparent when descriptions are oversized.

Remove "Completion:" text from questline header to save space, numerical display should infer that it is completion count.
