- reverted "seed packets are now consumed only when used on planters"

- planters aren't block entities anymore
- planters now are empty by default, but can be filled with dirt, mycelium, sand, red sand, soul sand, crimson nylium, warped nylium, and end stone
- planters filled with a block will be able to support any plant placeable on that block
- planters filled with dirt can be used to cultivate crops
- changed the recipe for planters to reflect the default state being empty
