Changelog
-Fixed spear attack animations being incorrect when the user is riding a boat.
-Fixed spear charging animation's last stage rotating the wrong direction.
-Fixed zombified piglins not having spear attack animations.
-Spears now have the "minecraft:consumable" component by default.
