3D Skin Layers

Hotfix release, turns out 3d Skin Layers did not have tests setup, letting a mixin issue from the Stonecutter conversion slip in.

Hotfix changes

• Fixed game crashing for < 1.21.5
• Added tests to prevent this from happening again

What's changed

• Add 1.21.11 Fabric/Neoforge support
• Fixed that Deadmau5 Ears break the layers
• Added option to enable/disable the Sodium workaround when using the Iris workaround (send help)
• Fix logic when EMF and Emotecraft is loaded
• Added new API for mods like Emotecraft to hook into
• Switched build system from Preprocessor to Stonecutter
