Small Maintance fix for issues that were reported.
This was supposed to take a while but thanks to CrossVas for doing a majority of the fixes.

• Added: Automation Upgrade now provides also access to all sides (if the configuration would allow it)
• Added: Config to insert dummy recipes where recipes were disabled to make sure advancements wouldn't break.
• Fixed: Watermill wouldn't apply overrides on placement. (CrossVas & Speiger)
• Fixed: Empty Upgrade Container would cause freezes when inserted into a machine (CrossVas)
• Fixed: Disabling recipes would cause advancements not to be able to load anymore.
• Fixed: Mowing tool constantly plays reequip animation when enabled. (CrossVas)
• Fixed: Crash with Buildcraft when the transport module wasn't installed (CrossVas)
