Changelog
- now supports 1.21/.1 and 1.21.2/3 in the same version
- now modifies the exclusive set tag instead of altering the enchantments directly, this will:
- ensure better compatibility with other datapacks that modify the enchantments
- no longer give you the "experimental datapack" warning
