Chest Locker

Patch Notes:

• Added double chest locking support.
• All copper chest variants can now be locked.
• Fixed bug where previously interacted locked chests in close range would unlock when trying to unlocking a different chest lock.
• Fixed bug where previously interacted locked chests in close range would delete when trying to delete a different chest lock.
• Fixed force lock remover not working every time.
• Disabled hopper minecarts that are placed under locked containers.
• Improved overall performance.
